How does a project like our Switch Witch book & doll come to be? Here is a piece of our Switch Witch story: Shown in the photo here with me (Lara) is Scott and Nancy Nash of Nashbox. Rob and I have had the honor of working with this husband and wife team since the very early stages of our project. Together with their colleague Scott Whitehouse, they brought truly amazing color and design and life to Switch Witch. Switch Witch is proud to celebrate Labor Day in the USA! Wikipedia defines Labor Day as “a celebration of the American labor movement.” Switch Witch, by all accounts, does just that. Our book was written in Massachusetts. The illustrations and art design were created in Maine. Our books were printed in New Hampshire, and our boxes were printed in California. Our fabric was also printed in California, and then sewn in Georgia. We at Switch Witch salute all of the American laborers who made our Switch Witch dream a reality. Thank you!
